Thanks for your interest in Unlock Hope!  We've listed some scenarios below that may answer your questions.  Please feel free to contact us for anything that isn't covered below!

Orders are currently shipping within 5-7 business days and typically take an additional 2-5 business days to arrive.  

You should receive an order confirmation after you place your order.  If it doesn't show up in your inbox please check your spam folder.  You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

If you made a mistake while ordering (such as an incorrect size) please contact us asap so that we can try to catch it before it ships.  We are unable to make any changes once the order has shipped.

If a package is showing as delivered and you have not received it then please wait 24 hours and then contact your local post office as they can often help you track it down.  Unfortunately we only have access to the same information that you do via the tracking number.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items that are damaged during transit.  

If you have entered an incorrect address for your order please contact us asap with your order number and the correct address so that it can try to change it before it ships.  If it has already shipped we are unable to make any changes and are not responsible for any issues with delivery.  

All sales are final during this time due to safety concerns.  This means that we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for any reason.
